CONTEST RULES

The entity «ARTDIDAKTIK, S.L.» (hereinafter ART DIDAKTIK, domiciled in 08017 Barcelona, calle Major de Sarrià, number 5, 1º-2ª, with NIF number B-67.581.462, plans to implement a draw that will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these rules.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this sweepstakes is to promote the sale of tickets for the exhibition «Desafío Dalí» in Madrid.

2. Start and end dates

The contest period begins at 00:00 on September 1, 2022 and closes at 24:00 on September 23 for the purchase of tickets and 24:00 on October 19 for the receipt of the three challenges.

– The term is extended until October 31, 2022.

3. Drawing Mechanics and Eligibility Requirements

The sweepstakes will be held in Spain, and all users residing in this country who purchase their ticket before September 23rd to visit the Dalí Challenge exhibition and complete the three challenges of the Expanded Experience will be eligible to participate. The user will receive the 3 challenges in the email address provided and must complete them including his/her email address to verify their correct completion.

If the three challenges have not been completed, the user will not be eligible for the draw.

4. Number of winners and prize offered

All those who meet the requirements to participate will be entered into the draw for:

– 3 trips for two people, including AVE from Madrid to Figueres, two nights in a 3-star hotel (or higher if there is no availability) and tickets for a one-day visit to the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres.

– 20 T-shirts.

– 5 catalogs of the Dalí Challenge Exhibition.

The draw will be held before a notary on October 21, 2022. From the celebration of the same, within a maximum period of 24 hours will be communicated to the winners the result.

The trips can be made effective within 6 months from the winner’s election, once the deadline has passed they will no longer be valid. The rest of the prizes will be sent to the winner’s home address or -if applicable- could be picked up at the Desafío Dalí store during their visit.

5. Winner notification mechanisms

Winners will be contacted by email by info@artdidaktik.com to notify them of their prize. The winner will have a maximum period of 6 months to claim their prize.

6. Transfer of image rights and / or intellectual property

ART DIDAKTIK, with prior authorization from the winner, may use his name and image, for use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by ART DIDAKTIK in any advertising, promotion, publication (including Internet), for informational purposes provided that these are related to this draw, without financial compensation of any kind to the winner with the exception of the delivery of the prize obtained as a result of this promotion.

7. Possible suspensions or extensions

ART DIDAKTIK reserves the right to modify at any time the conditions of this sweepstakes, including its possible cancellation before the deadline, provided that there is just cause for it, pledging to communicate the new bases, conditions of the draw or its final cancellation.

8. Penalties and disqualifications

ART DIDAKTIK reserves the right to exclude from the draw and, consequently, from the delivery of the prize, those participant/s who, in its opinion, would have participated incorrectly or those participants who defraud, alter or disable the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of this promotion, including those who are evidenced or suspected of an irregular action in the sense described.

9. Exemption from liability clause

ART DIDAKTIK is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur in the subsequent operation of the prize, nor for any costs that may arise from this.

Participation in the promotion necessarily implies acceptance of ART DIDAKTIK’s interpretative criteria regarding the resolution of any issue arising from this promotion.

10. Data protection policy

The data provided by participants, in this case the name and surname, email and username of the social network, are confidential and will only be used for the management of the draw.

ART DIDAKTIK is committed to protecting your privacy and guarantees compliance with personal data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation («GDPR») and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights («LOPDGDD»). Your personal data will be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner; in accordance with explicit and legitimate determined purposes; only if adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to those purposes. In addition, we will keep your data accurate and up to date, retaining it in a form that allows identification only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing.

ART DIDAKTIK has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data from accidental loss or unauthorized alteration, access, use or disclosure, having also established procedures to react to any security incident that may affect your personal data. The responsible for the processing of the participant’s data is «ARTDIDAKTIK, S.L.» domiciled in 08017 Barcelona, calle Major de Sarrià, number 5, 1º-2ª, with NIF number B-67.581.462 and ATREVIA COMUNICACIÓN S.L.U., with CIF B67253732 and address at Calle Travessera de les Corts 55, 1º planta, 08028, Barcelona, Spain, will act as data processor, the purpose of which is exclusively the management of their participation. The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent to participate in the promotion by inserting the comments to which it refers.
